A mobile bar is a bar that comes to you. I offer a 6 foot custom bar set up, bar cart for self-service water/soda stations, bar equipment, insurance, garnishes/ice and experienced licensed bartenders. My mobile bar can be set up indoors or outdoors and is perfect for weddings, graduation parties, retirement parties, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette partings, cooperate outings, or any celebration you can dream up!
You provide the alcohol, and I provide the rest! Don't stress, we will have a consultation before your event and provide you with a shopping list to make purchasing the alcohol a breeze.

I provide menu recommendations/calculations, cups, straws, napkins, ice, mixers, and any garnishes needed for the drinks.
The pricing includes bartending services, set up/tear down, and all insurance necessary, serve safe certified staff, and Iowa licensed bartenders.
You will be responsible for transporting the alcohol to the event at least two hours prior to service so when we arrive we can get it chilled to serve. If you choose to purchase kegs, it is also your responsibility to keep the keg
A 50% deposit will be required to book your reservation, with the remaining balance due thirty days prior to the event date. All deposits are non-refundable. We are unable to change dates last minute due to inclement weather, but we are able to set up indoors or outdoors. You are responsible for tent coverage of the bar if necessary.
I would be delighted to provide service for any type of event and can provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, iced teas, mocktails, and more. I would love to serve your snacks as well. We can work together to dream up an alcohol free event that meets all of your needs.
Providing a safe, fun environment of all of the guests is a high priority for us. We do check IDs if guests look 30 years of age or younger. We follow the same guidelines as brick and mortar bars so while we want everyone to have fun, we will have to cut people off if necessary in order to keep all of our patrons safe.
